Salaries & Benefits

Our lawyers are amongst the highest paid outside London and the firm's fundamental approach remains that there should be no salary differentials between its departments. However, we fully recognise that individuals will develop at different speeds and at the point a lawyer becomes three years qualified, salaries are banded so lawyers of similar qualification may be paid differently according to their individual abilities.

As well as a highly competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits which include:

  • A firm wide bonus scheme with an annual bonus payment linked to salary and the performance of the firm;
  • Membership of a Group Personal Pension Plan with a matching contribution from the Firm of up to 5% of salary;
