Our Commercial department advises clients on a vast range of commercial matters, from the more straightforward Terms and Conditions of Business or Agency/Distribution Agreements to the highly complex multi-party documentation often found in industries which are heavily regulated. Our work will commonly require us to have an appreciation not just of the legal issues but also the underlying commercial objectives and, as a consequence, we have a highly developed understanding of many of our clients' industry sectors.
