Advising Northern Rail Limited on the award of a contract to ISS Facility Management Services for a range of facilities management services for a property estate covering 471 sites, including passenger stations, maintenance depots and operations centres.

Burges Salmon advised Reliance Secure Task Management Limited on the contract awarded to it by the United Kingdom Border Agency to provide escorting services of detainees and the associated transport services.
Advising Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd in relation to a 30-year PFI project for the design, build, operation and maintenance of six new police investigation centres across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Advising NSDC on the outsourcing of a wide range of its support services to a private sector partner for a 10-year term, with the option to extend for a further 5 years.
MITIE Group PLC
Advising MITIE Group PLC on its £350 million facilities management contract with Rolls Royce. Rolls Royce is consolidating its facilities management at multiple sites across the EMEA region under a single contract, under which will MITIE will deliver services to 11 Rolls Royce group companies. This is a ground-breaking deal for both MITIE and Rolls Royce due to its size and complexity.
Nuclear Decommissioning Authority
Advising the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority on its current competition for the outsourcing of the management and ultimate decommissioning of the Dounreay nuclear licensed site under a 20 year contract. This is one of the NDA’s flagship projects and is central to the delivery of its strategy.
