Our Disputes and Litigation team deal with a wide range of disputes and dispute resolution processes. With over 80 lawyers working in this practice area, we have the breadth and depth of experience necessary to deal with all kinds of complex commercial and regulatory disputes including cross-border issues and many specialist practice areas. The team includes a number of solicitor advocates, arbitrators and lawyers with other qualifications, notably in chemical, mechanical and rail engineering.
As well as litigation, we have considerable experience of many other dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, adjudication, industry specific procedures and alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation.
