Deborah joined Burges Salmon in 1996 having trained and worked with a City of London firm. She has wide experience of advising on all aspects of employment matters and business immigration issues. She became a Professional Support Lawyer for the employment team in 2004 and now has responsibility for monitoring legal developments and preparing e-mail updates and the quarterly briefing, In Focus, to inform clients of the changes in employment law. She is also responsible for preparing the employment team's standard documents and precedents and for knowledge management within the employment team via the Firm's electronic know-how system.
