- we provide a 24 hour incident response line
- advising in relation to significant and more minor incidents and accidents at a wide variety of sites including construction sites, rail and COMAH sites. For example, we have provided advice on falls from height, explosions on fuel lines, passenger deaths at stations and accidents or near misses at manufacturing plants and other sites
- defending prosecutions in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts
- acting for individuals where personal liability is being considered
- advising during inquests
- advising on interaction with regulators including the Health and Safety Executive, local authorities and the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate
