Partnership Disputes
We regularly advise in disputes between partners (or members) and professional firms and between one or more groups of partners within firms. Disputes involving farming partnerships are dealt with by our specialist Agricultural lawyers.
Partnership disputes often relate to interpretation of partnership deeds and/or the relationship between the partners and their respective obligations. Often this will be part of termination or retirement arrangements and/or contentious demergers.
We work for both individual partners (or groups of partners) seeking to enforce their rights or protect their position on exit and successor/survivor partnerships in dispute with one or more individuals.
