Incentives
We establish and advise on the full range of incentive arrangements approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) such as Enterprise Management Incentives, Company Share Option Plans, Share Incentive Plans and SAYE schemes.
We also advise on unapproved and bespoke arrangements including, performance share plans, long term incentive plans, growth and partly paid shares and bonus schemes. Our experience gives us a good understanding of the tax, corporate, employment and implementation issues surrounding such schemes or arrangements. We can also provide professional trustee services and advice on employee benefit trusts.
