Our family law team provides advice about the legal and financial implications of marriage, separation and divorce, cohabitation, civil partnership dissolution and arrangements for children.
We can advise those forming new relationships and those whose relationships and marriages may be coming to an end.
We have particular experience in resolving complex financial disputes and in advising individuals with business, property, trusts and pension interests. Our lawyers also have considerable experience of dealing with cases with an international element.
