Justin is a Partner in the Commercial Disputes Department and a member of the Pensions Unit. He specialises in the following areas:
- Pensions litigation
- Financial services disputes.
Justin has over seven years experience of contentious pensions matters and advises employers, trustees, members and pensions professionals alike.
Justin also has experience of insolvency and non-pension related professional negligence claims having previously practised in these areas.
Justin is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a former Chairman of its South Western region. He is an adviser with The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) and holds the Bristol University Certificate in Pensions Law.
