- Joint Venture/Co-ownership transactions for The Crown Estate at Leeds, Thetford and Oxford
- Lead property partner for London Fire Brigade, including head office relocation and public/private partnership redevelopment projects
- Lead property partner for the National Trust including new head office development and funding
- Lead property partner for National Grid Properties for a number of years including large scale disposals, leasing projects and portfolio restructuring
- Responsible for legal aspects of Burges Salmon's own property requirements including agreement for development and leasing of One Glass Wharf
