The Landowner Development Unit specialises in advising private, commercial and institutional landowners on disposals of land for development.
We have a wealth of experience in dealing with major developers and handling complex transactions such as:

- promotion agreements
Accordingly, we have expertise in all aspects of maximising value from land development from the landowner's point of view and, in particular, with issues of access, ransom and equalisation. We are often called upon to act as the honest broker for two or more neighbouring landowners in their dealings with one or more developers.
