- Acting for major financial lenders (including HBoS, HSBC, RBS, Bank of Ireland and Nationwide) on high value commercial property acquisitions
- Acting for a major Building Society and Receivers in relation to advice on security position, various enforcement options and ongoing management disposals following appointment
- Secondment to Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and advising NDA on option for disposal of asset use land at Sellafield to site NNB Limited for a value of £100m
- Acting for Administrators on the complex disposal of factory premises in Derbyshire
- Acting for major Loan Servicers to advise on and resolve various debt issues
