- acting for The Crown Estate Commissioners on the disposal of four large multi-tenanted mixed-use premises on Oxford StreetÂ
- the purchase of an interest in a shopping park in Leeds and acquisition of industrial and office units in Swindon
- secondment to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority
