Ross joined Burges Salmon in 2000 and is an Associate in our Real Estate Department.
Ross specialises in acting for developers and occupiers on Real Estate Development Projects and on Real Estate Portfolio Management.
Recent work includes:
- advising FirstGroup Plc on a number of city centre redevelopment schemes around the country and on the management of its property portfolio
- advising Sir Robert McAlpine on a 40 acre business park in Torbay
- advising Canadian & Portland Estates Plc on the acquisition development and pre let of retail premises in New Bond Street, a new Volkswagen car showroom in Crawley and a new Lidl supermarket in New Malden
- advising Rok Plc on the acquisition development and pre let of a mixed use (office and industrial) trade park in Poole, Dorset
- advising Food Partners Limited on its head office relocation in Heathrow
- advising TDG Plc and Norish Plc on the acquisition and disposal of warehouse and distribution centres throughout the UK
