Miles handles the full range of land related disputes in particular Agricultural tenancies, estoppel claims, resulting and constructive trusts, partnership and banking disputes.
He is also a recognised expert in the field of contentious trust and probate disputes. His cases include:

Miles sits on the Law Reform committee of the Property Litigation Association. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Association of Contentious Trust And Probate Specialists.
