Advising on a 20 acre redevelopment for mixed use in the City of Truro

Advising on a supermarket retail scheme in Keynsham and the redevelopment of the post office site in Bath for retail use.

Acting for the City & County of Swansea in connection with a proposed new National Waterfront Museum being sponsored jointly by the Council and the National Museum and Galleries for Wales.
