Mark specialises in large infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas. Recent examples of work include:
- Advising Department of Transport and the Ministry of Defence on the £3-5 billion search and rescue helicopter project;
- Advising UAE Government in relation to a major satellite communications project;
- Advising Ministry of Defence in relation to the £4 billion Skynet 5 project to provide secure military satellite communications
- Advising the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in relation to the decommissioning of civil nuclear reactors.
