Beatrice joined Burges Salmon in 1997. She graduated with a degree in Law from Rome University in Italy and has re-qualified as a solicitor in England. She is a member of the following:

Beatrice is a partner within the international tax and trusts unit and specialises in the following:

Beatrice's primary focus is international tax and estate planning for UK and non-UK clients. She has significantly contributed to the development of the firm's European tax and trust practice advising on tax and trusts structuring for European clients in particular on Italian issues. She also has significant experience in advising financial institutions on international trust matters lending for the purchase of foreign real estate.
She also specialises in cross-border estate planning issues with particular focus on all issues arising from Roman Law and Common Law application. She also advises on the ownership, structuring and acquisition of non-UK real estate.
Beatrice often lectures in the UK and overseas at conferences for clients and other professionals.
Beatrice is on the editorial board for the European Cross-Border Estate Planning publication by Sweet and Maxwell.
Beatrice has contributed the UK chapter in the PLC Cross-border Private Client Handbook 2010/11.
Beatrice is ranked as one of the UK legal community's best lawyers by appearing in The Lawyer's Hot 100 List for 2010. Beatrice was also named as a 'Top 25' lawyer in Spear's magazine; she is recommended in Chambers Private Client Global and UK as well as being included on The City Wealth Leading Lawyers Honours List for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
