He acts for a broad range of clients in general commercial litigation with a particular focus on professional negligence and manufacturing-related disputes. Recently Andrew has advised on: Substantial professional negligence claims against actuaries, benefits consultants, pension administrators, accountants, engineers, valuers and solicitors. A multi-million pound property-based loan fraud (acting for a leading financial institution). Breach of trust, maladministration and Royal Brunei dishonesty claims. Product liability, food contamination, risk analysis and product recalls. Commercial agency and distributorship disputes. Complex debt recovery, often in the context of corporate insolvency. Breach of an international supply agreement. Andrew is a keen advocate and appears regularly in the County Court and on interim matters in the High Court. He also has experience of alternative dispute resolution techniques, in particular mediation.
