Before joining Burges Salmon, Dominic worked for Macfarlanes where he trained and qualified as a solicitor in September 2001. Dominic handles a broad range of corporate finance work including quoted plc work, acquisitions and disposals and private equity. His experience at Macfarlanes included a four month secondment with Brit Insurance Holdings plc where he was a member of the in-house legal team advising on a number of areas of company law.
