She joined Burges Salmon in April 2006 from city firm CMS Cameron McKenna where she qualified in 2001. She advises trustees and sponsors of pension schemes generally and on specific issues including drafting pensions documentation and responses to Ombudsman disputes. Lucy has qualified as an Associate Member of the Pensions Management Institute, is a full member of the APL and has a special interest in issues arising at the Office of the Pensions Ombudsman where she spent nine months on secondment.
