Rose joined Burges Salmon in 1991.
She has many years experience in property work including high value acquisitions and disposals but with a bias towards commercial leasing transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants, and leasehold management issues.
She now undertakes the role of professional support lawyer for the commercial property department with responsibility for:

drafting, maintaining and updating a comprehensive set of precedent documents for property transactions |

providing general advice and guidance to other property lawyers |

devising and procuring delivery of the training programme for the property department |
