1        INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

(a)    information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site. This includes information provided when you complete a contact information form. This information may include your name, telephone number, email address and any messages or content you submit; and/or

(b)    details of your visits to our Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, and other communication data, and the resources that you access.

We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Site.

3    TRANSMISSION OF DATA

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If you are an ex-employee of Burges Salmon and submitting your details for the purpose of the alumni programme, the information may be used to send you information about the programme, relevant events and other publications that we think may be of interest to you.

We may share your personal information with carefully selected third party service providers and other organizations who provide support services to us (such as a printer, mailing house, web host, data management and promotional services) or that help us market our services. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to an administration fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Any changes we may make to our Privacy and Cookies Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
