Asset Finance
Our Asset Finance team has a national reputation for its work in the sector, which ranges from advising on big ticket work such as operating leases for new rolling stock, shipping finance and aircraft finance to smaller transactions such as the production of standard hire purchase documentation and operating and finance lease documentation for equipment generally.
Our institution clients include Nationwide Building Society, Svenska Handelsbanken and Capmark Bank Europe plc. We also act for corporate clients such as the MoD and FirstGroup. Significantly, we have recently been appointed to represent Alstom in the restructuring of its rolling stock leasing arrangements for the Northern Line.
