Our work for lenders includes matters ranging from the drafting of pro forma loan and security documentation, to sub-participation structures and the acquisition of distressed loan books. We support bankers and in-house lawyers to ensure legally and commercially sound outcomes.
We advise borrowers on matters including syndicated and bilateral mainstream funding arrangements and other more innovative arrangements.
