Recent highlights include advising:
- Nationwide Building Society on the sale of Nationwide Life and Nationwide Unit Trust Managers to Legal & General. The transaction is estimated to have a value in excess of £300 million.
- Hargreaves Lansdown Plc on its admission to the Official List with a market capitalisation at close of trading on the first day in excess of £1 billion, including a related public offer to Hargreaves Lansdown's client base, conducted entirely online.
