Our Disputes & Litigation Group has wide experience of all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and includes a number of qualified arbitrators and mediators. ADR is relevant to all disputes particularly if the alternative is litigation, as the Courts encourage ADR and require parties to "consider whether some form of alternative dispute resolution procedure would be more suitable than litigation".
