Our work includes pursuing claims against solicitors, surveyors / valuers, accountants and auditors, financial advisers, actuaries and other pensions professionals, Information Technology professionals and construction professionals.
We also advise on insurance related issues including Professional Indemnity and Directors' and Officers' insurance.
Senior members of our Professional Negligence team had leading roles acting for lenders in the managed litigation of the 1990s and we are members of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association.
