Our employment team handles the full range of employment work. This includes advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures and managing restructuring, redundancies and executive severance. We also advise on all aspects of discrimination and deal with employment tribunal and High Court litigation.

We run regular client seminars and workshops at our London and Bristol offices. We also keep our clients up to date with recent developments in the law with our quarterly newsletter In Focus.
We help our clients to implement their HR policies and manage risk from employment legislation by providing training to HR/legal teams and line managers in key areas such as diversity and handling performance and disciplinary issues.
