Employment Tribunals
We regularly handle both employment tribunal and High Court litigation on behalf of our clients. Members of our team are experienced employment tribunal advocates and appear regularly in employment tribunals throughout the country. We have particular experience of advising on complex discrimination cases and examples of this work can be seen in the diversity and discrimination section.
In addition to discrimination claims, we regularly deal with claims of unfair dismissal and other claims arising from employment legislation, such as claims for unlawful deductions from wages, working time and holiday pay. We also have substantial experience of advising on collective claims arising out of redundancies and TUPE.
We regularly advise clients in High Court litigation relating to restrictive covenants and making or defending applications for injunctions.
