We advise non-UK residents on structures for the protection of worldwide assets and provide associated tax planning for UK assets. Members of the unit travel extensively to all parts of the world, and most of their work is undertaken at our London office (but at non-London fee rates).
We advise on tax planning and compliance for people coming to live in or who are leaving the UK, including advice on the taxation of employment income where duties are performed in the UK and abroad.
