Corporate Tax

Our Corporate Tax team advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial tax.

The team comprises 9 qualified lawyers, 7 of whom are members of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

We advise clients and intermediaries, and support other practice areas of the firm, on a wide variety of tax related matters, including:

  • tax planning and structuring, providing contractual tax protection
  • structuring tax efficient investment arrangements
  • loan relationships, forex, derivatives and swaps
