Our expertise in relation to subsidies originates in the introduction of milk quota in 1984 and the disputes which inevitably developed. We acted in a number of leading cases, including:

With Jeremy Moody of the CAAV, William Neville is the joint author of "Mid-Term Review: a Practical Guide". The 9th edition of Scammell and Densham's Law of Agricultural Holdings also deals extensively with the Mid-Term Review of the Common Agricultural Policy.
