We have a very strong public sector practice and advise on matters ranging from major PPP/PFI projects including infrastructure, accommodation and equipment and other complex projects to more routine commercial contract issues.

We work with central and local government, regulators, non-departmental public bodies and executive agencies as well as major suppliers to the public sector.
We were appointed to the LCat commercial panel in 2003 and have been re-appointed to all categories of the Catalist framework. We are a member of a number of other public sector panels including those for the Ministry of Defence, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and the Crown Estate.
Many of the team also have experience of working within central and local government as a result of secondments or previous employment.
