Our Emergency Services Group advises public and private sector clients on major PPP/PFI projects (including infrastructure, accommodation and equipment) and more routine commercial contract issues.
We advise on all aspects of major projects from transaction structuring, procurement strategy through to contract award as well as on issues that arise during the operation of the contract including re-financing. We are advising on a number of procurements in this sector being conducted under the new "competitive dialogue" procedure.
Our clients include Fire & Rescue Authorities, Police Authorities, central government departments and major suppliers to the sector.
We have advised on pathfinding projects in the sector.
