- TransPennine Express - advising First/Keolis on its successful bid for the TransPennine Express franchise which commenced operation in February 2004.
- Aquisition of Fleet Diesel Multiple Units - advising First/Keolis in connection with the £260m acquisition of a fleet of DMUs from Siemens for the TransPennine Express. Our work included all the asset financing and maintenance arrangements.
