Client Relationship Management
At Burges Salmon we have always been committed to exceeding client expectations. Today clients expect more from their lawyers, simply being “good lawyers” is not enough. Most clients now require that their lawyers understand their business, know the market, their major competitors and the issues they face.
Our lawyers are supported in this work by a dedicated Client Relationship Management (CRM) team. The main role of the CRM team is to ensure we understand our client needs. Every client is unique and so is every relationship. The CRM team also co-ordinate our internal communications, making sure that everyone working with you knows what’s going on in order to provide a seamless service.
We aim to develop the service you want by listening to you and meeting your requirements. This can, and often does, involve bespoke training, seconding our lawyers out to your company and welcoming yours to Burges Salmon.
