Project Support Unit
Our Project Support Unit (PSU) is a team of para-legals and solicitors trained in project management that provides project support across the firm. The unit works on contentious and non-contentious matters, examples of their work include:
- client extranets
- deed room management
- document production and management
- preparation of papers
- witness evidence collation
All our clients can take advantage of the support offered by the unit. Previously the unit has worked with Westinghouse Rail Systems Limited, The Crown Estate and Corporate Finance clients. They also assisted with the work we undertook during the Health & Safety Executive's investigation into the explosion at the Buncefield Oil Terminal.
The team is trained in a range of specialist IT software to assist with a variety of tasks:
- development of workflows
- project planning
- spreadsheet/fees analysis
